Additional Services

As a dynamic business, we are your one-stop-shop to an array of additional Services to consider including with your inspection.

We proudly follow the Standards of Practices from the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).

BuildFax Reports are provided complimentary for single-family and townhouse/villa home inspections.

POOL & SPA INSPECTION

Primarily conducted as a visual inspection. We evaluate the equipment, the visible plumbing and wiring, surface finish inside the pool and/or spa, the skimmer and light fixture.

MOLD INSPECTION

Mold assessments are performed to determine the presence of mold within the dwelling. Common testing consists of air samples, swab samples and tape lifts. Air samples determine the species and elevation levels of mold. Swab samples and tape lifts determine the physical growth of the mold.

CRAWL SPACE

We primarily examine the condition of the foundation/structure and inspect visible plumbing, electrical and duct work. We also document any signs of water intrusion or pests.

ANNIVERSARY & RE-INSPECTIONS

Typically, Anniversary Inspections are conducted prior to the expiration of the one-year warranty offered for a new construction home. Strategically scheduling this inspection allows the homeowner to finalize any necessary repairs covered by the warranty. Re-Inspections are conducted (after a full inspection is performed) in order to evaluate if repairs were properly completed. We encourage requesting invoices, permits or any other documentation in order to better assist the inspector.

INSURANCE INSPECTIONS

Wind Mitigation is to determine the features that the home has for a hurricane rating (or protection). This service can help reduce the premium on homeowner's insurance.

4-Point inspections cover the roof, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Insurance companies typically require this report for homes older than 30 years of age.

Roof Certifications evaluates the life expectancy of the roof and documents any roof failures.
